William Richard Wildes

William Richard Wildes, age 37, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, passed away on February 28, 2024, in the comfort of his home in Milwaukee. He was born on October 22, 1986, in Milwaukee. William was a beloved husband, father, son, and sibling.

William was a creative and loving family man who was known for his protective nature. He enjoyed spending time with his wife and working on cars. His skills as a barber were well-known and highly praised in his community. William also had a passion for the outdoors.

William was the beloved husband of Jonnie Wildes (Mitschke), and a father to his daughters, Leilahney, Angalina, and Ella. He was a son to Leslie Wildes (and partner, Dale Smart Sr.) and William Baez Cortez, a brother to Melissa Diaz (and her husband, Javi Diaz), Emilee Wildes, and Olivia Wildes, and a cherished grandson to Rosa Baez and Judi Ziebart. His memory will be honored by his numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. He joins in peace his late grandfathers, Richard Wildes and Dennis Ziebart.

A proud graduate of Kilmer South High School, William was esteemed in his vocation as a barber—a role through which he touched the lives of many with his skill and companionship.

A Celebration of Life service will be held in his honor at Valley View Park in New Berlin, Picnic Area 1, on July 14th, 2024, at 1pm. 

William Richard Wildes will be deeply missed by all who knew his smile. May God Rest his soul.
