Thomas "Tom" James Czajkowski

Thomas J. "Tom" Czajkowski age 76 of Franklin passed away August 14, 2016. Husband of Yvonne. Dad of Mary (Scott) Dluzak and John (Jill). Grandpa of tate and Claire. Brother of Judy (Robert) Milewski and Kenneth (Linda) Charles. Memorial visitation Saturday, August 20 from 10 AM until time of memorial mass at 11 AM at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, 6060 W. Loomis Rd., Greendale. Tom, a longtime and active member of St. Alphonsus was also a proud member of Knights of Columbus Council #3316 where he was a 4th degree Knight. In lieu of flowers memorials to the church or Sacred Heart Seminary appreciated.
