Born on July 13, 1944 and passed away October 25, 2017. Adored husband of Carol. Loving father of Tamara (Scott) Taylor, Daniel (Kim), Randy (Holly), Michelle (Glenn) Frymark. Beloved "Papa" of Derek Allard. Further survived by 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Thomas was a member of the VFW 2895 and MOPH - Vietnam Veteran and the Wisconsin Slovak Society. Retired from Pabst Brewery and Cudahy School District. Memorial service to be held on Monday October 30th, 2017 from 3-6pm at Joe's K-Ranch 4840 S WHITNALL AVE, CUDAHY WI.
