In Loving Memory of Our Beloved Daughter
A Tribute to a Life Filled with Love and Light
It is with heavy hearts and profound sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved daughter, Tracy Sigrist (Makkos) - On March 7, 2026, at the age of 55. Born on May 25, 1970. Although her time with us was far too short, she filled our lives with immeasurable joy, laughter, and love. She had the spirit and fire of no one else.
She was born to us on a day of hope and happiness, and from that moment forward, she brightened our world in ways words cannot fully express. Throughout her life, she embraced every opportunity with enthusiasm and grace. Her smile could light up any room.
She was a graduate of West Allis Central Class of '88.
Tracy had many passions and talents. She loved music and arts, but one of her biggest enjoyments was riding on the back of a Harley on the open road! The sound of those engines would make her smile.
She is survived by her loving sons, Jordan and Sean Pelnar; her parents, Jim and Helen Makkos; and her brothers, Joseph and Scott Makkos; as well as a large extended family who will forever cherish her memory. Though we are heartbroken by her loss, we find comfort in knowing that her love and light will remain with us always.
A service to celebrate her life will be held at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church 11709 W Cleveland Ave. on Saturday, March 28th. Visitation at 1PM with the Service at 2PM. Family and friends are invited to gather, share stories, and honor her remarkable spirit.
We will forever remember our precious daughter for the joy she brought into our lives. May she rest in peace, knowing she was deeply loved and will never be forgotten.
