Shirley Mae Erickson

Erickson, Shirley Mae (nee Kiedrowski) passed away peacefully on October 12th, 2024. Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Shirley was born to William and Martha Kiedrowski on June 7, 1932. Shirley was a lifelong resident of South Milwaukee, attending school at St. Mary’s and graduating from South Milwaukee High School before marrying Robert Erickson in 1959. Bob and Shirley were married for 65 plus years. They had two children, Bob (Susan) and Jackie (Michael). She was a devoted grandmother to Jacob (Ellyse) and Erinn (Andrew) and adored her great-grandchildren: Robyn, Merrick, and Bennett.

Shirley was an avid sports fan, loving her Brewers and Bucks! She was a phenomenal homemaker and talented knitter. Shirley enjoyed her time at the cottage at Crooked Lake, Wisconsin, for more than 50 plus years. She is survived by many family members and friends.

A mass will take place on Friday, November 8th, 2024, at 11:00 am, with visitation from 9:00am –11:00am, at Devine Mercy Church, 800 Marquette Avenue, South Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
