On 2/22/25, the world got a little quieter and a little less feisty as Shannon Williams made her grand exit, leaving behind a legacy of fierce love, unmatched stubbornness, and an expertly curated block list.
Shannon is now reunited with her parents, Pat and Ray, the love of her life, Duane Jaraczewski and her friend, Walter —where, no doubt, they are all swapping stories, rolling their eyes, bickering, and keeping tabs on the rest of us. She leaves behind her son, Cody (Cheyenne) Breber, who made her proud beyond words, and her treasured grandson, Tyler, who she loved with all of her heart. As well as her daughter, caregiver, and best friend, Jocelyn, who was her rock through all of life’s toughest moments, proving that love knows no bounds.
She is also survived by her big sister, Peggy (Tim and Tito), and her little brother, Ken (Rachel and Izzy)), along with her beloved nieces and nephew, Calder, Mara, and Elliette; her fur babies—Kingston, Delilah, Rocky, and Marty—will forever miss her cuddles, eye picking, and spoiling ways.
Shannon’s life was never easy, but she faced it with a fire that was hard to extinguish. She loved deeply, protected fiercely, and, when necessary, removed people from her life with the precision of a seasoned social media manager. But at the end of the day, she knew she was loved by many, and that meant everything.
The family extends their deepest gratitude to Mike Toetz and Mary Spadafora for their kindness, care, and unwavering support.
In memory of Shannon, hug your loved ones, stand your ground, and, if needed, block liberally.
