Richard C. Anderson

 March 26, 1949 – August 14, 2024

 Richard C. Anderson, born on March 26, 1949, was called home to eternal life through his faith in Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior on August 14, 2024, at the age of 75. Known for his sharp wit and deep love for music, Richard touched many lives with his humor and passion.

 Preceded by his parents Russell and Betty Anderson (née Rehbein), he is survived by his loving wife, Joann Anderson (née Dindorf), and his three children, Chris (Amber) Anderson, Leslie (Stefan) Hochstatter (née Anderson) and Jacqueline Anderson. Richard was also a proud grandfather to Samantha and Alexandra, who brought him great joy.

 Richard is further survived by his loving sisters Kathryn Anderson and Patricia (Charlie) Untermeyer (née Anderson). Loving uncle to Daniel (Kelly) Anderson, William Bluemel, Travis Untermeyer and Brittany (Tyler) Vargas (née Untermeyer). He was also great-uncle to Kaylyn, Grace, Saylor and Penelope. Long time neighbor and close friend to Chuck and Bonnie Wilson and their two children Heather (Matt) Wirtz (née Wilson) and Charlie Wilson.

 Richard had a deep love for music that led him to pursue a second career as a DJ for several internet radio stations, where he brought tunes and laughter to listeners around the world. His vibrant personality and sense of humor will be dearly missed by his family, cousins, friends, and all those who had the pleasure of knowing him.

 Following Richard's wishes, no formal services will be held. The family kindly requests that those who knew him take a moment to remember him by listening to their favorite song and sharing a laugh with someone they know.
