Raeann McQueen, 78, of Milwaukee, Wis., passed away on May 19, 2026.

Born November 15, 1947, in Milwaukee. Known to family and friends as “GG,” she had a wry sense of humor and was always ready with a warm, oversized sweatshirt and a can of Diet Coke in hand.

GG was a devoted mother and grandmother. She is survived by her children, her grandchildren, her sister, and a niece and nephew who remember her as outspoken and utterly herself.

Raeann lived life on her terms and expected others to do the same. Her warmth, humor, and unmistakable presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

A private family remembrance will be held; details about any public memorial or ways to honor Raeann’s memory will be shared by the family when available.
