Patricia Lynn Mikolajczak

Patti, with her sparkling blue eyes, infectious laugh and boundless heart, left us far too soon. She was the kind of person who made every gathering brighter, and every guest feel like family. Hosting was her love language – whether it was a holiday or an impromptu get-together, Patti made sure everyone felt welcome. Her sense of humor was as big as her heart, finding a way to bring joy and laughter into any moment. 

But above all, Patti loved her family and friends fiercely and unconditionally. Her legacy will live on in every story shared, every toast raised and every moment of laughter inspired by her example. 

Patti’s life was a celebration and she would want us to keep celebrating – each other, the small things and every beautiful day we’re given. She will be deeply missed and forever. 

Patti attended South Milwaukee High School while serving an internship with Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance company. After graduation, she accepted a full time position and worked there for 36 years and retired in 2022 as an executive administration secretary. 

Patti is survived by her parents, Gerald (Ellen) Mikolajczak; sisters: Ann (Ken) Oberdorf, Mary (Brett) Stallman, and Jennifer Mikolajczak; and brothers: Steven Mikolajczak and Daniel Mikolajczak. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, other relatives and friends. 

Her celebration of life will continue with a memorial visitation on Saturday, June 21, 2025 from 10:00 AM to the time of a prayer service beginning at 11:00 AM at St. James Catholic Church, 7219 S. 27th St., Franklin, WI 53132. Private internment will be at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery in Cudahy, WI.
