Nancy Jean Dunn (nee. Putnam) … Born February 24th, 1949, to Stephen J. Putnam and Marion E. Putnam (nee. Lewis). Passed from this earth as stubbornly as possible on November 3rd, 2023. Survived by Nephews, Donald Repka, Jr.; Paul Repka and Peggy Repka (nee. Dillman); Bob Repka and Wife, Shari; Jim Repka & wife Patty, with Children Ryan and Nathan; Brother, Richard Repka; Loving friends: Kathy Roark, Linda Hahn, Cheryl Lynn Kreutzer, Connie Crapeau, and Toni Baranowski; all of her close colleagues at MATC; and her pain in the A$$ son, Steven L. Dunn. She loved and cared in that way that felt deep and true as she got to know you, and you her! It could also make people who didn’t know or “assumed” something of or about her to have the most common of feelings… scared to death or hating her, in the way that only the most special douche-canoe(s) can today! She cared little for the latter, but hoped it wouldn’t always be that way!She donated to charities regularly, inquired about others she barely knew, and always …always gave everything to those who needed it, without saving anything for herself. She never had a good word for a certain tangerine-colored former leader, and didn’t hold back from saying so, but always wanted you to voice your opinion! She cared little for sports, except to rant against a certain former (recent) Green Bay Packers’ Quarterback, but fully enjoyed teasing her son when his beloved New Orleans Saints or Red Devils (of Manchester United) had a bad day!Let’s face it folks, we who knew her could never reciprocate this kind of caring and love fully, and as such…failed her! Even now, she would say… “Don’t be Daft!” to such thinking, as she loved all things British (but not Doctor Who?).
