Jepson, Merrily N
Born July 26, 1942. Passed away on Ocotober 7, 2014 at the age of 72 years. Cherished daughter of the late Donald Leland Nultemeier and the late Dorothy Louise (Posson) Nultemeier.
Merrily lived in Northville SD until moving to Aberdeen SD in 1954 where she graduated from Aberdeen Central High School 1960. She enjoyed singing and traveling with her family band The Don Nulte Trio throughout her childhood and teenage years. She married Wm. T. Jepson July 12, 1969, they celebrated their 45th anniversary this year. They lived in Elgin, IL for 10 years before moving to New Berlin.
Merrily was a patriot, and the proud mother of two United States Marines: Wm. D. Jepson and Donald Wm. Jepson. After over 40 years of guarding and protecting the hearts of her Marines, it was they who guarded Merrily's heart in her last hours.
Throughout her life, Merrily faithfully served the Lord, including through her music. She could bring an audience to tears as she worshipped God on the piano. At the end of her life, Merrily faithfully and peacefully put her life in God's hands.
Merrily also had her own business until her retirement in 2009: Babies, Bottles, and Booties serving over 600 children during her 40 year career.
She and her husband enjoyed spending their winters at Green Gate Grove RV Park in Mission, TX where she had resumed her passion for music playing the piano and singing
Merrily conveyed love, support, joy, warmth, comfort, respect and encouragement through her favorite expression "I got love in my heart for you." Merrily led a life of significance and made a difference in the lives of her friends and family.
