LaVerne Voigt (nee Surdyk) went home to be with the Lord on March, 7, 2026. 

Dear and loving mother of Jeffrey, Lynda (Gene), and Jonathan. Further survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, a great-great- grandchild, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

LaVerne was proud of her education at Patricia Stevens Finishing School and started her early career as a clothing model. She was a dedicated caregiver to many over the years and loved her family and friends deeply. Her unwavering faith was an inspiration and guiding light to all. 

A private family gathering will be held at a later date.
