Laverne K. Salvat

Salvat, Laverne (nee Tomasini) Found eternal peace February 22, 2016 after fighting a long and courageous battle with cancer. Age 87. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Jorge A. Salvat who she married in January 1949; Mother of George D (Marjatta) Salvat and Grandmother of Regina Salvat and Elisa Salvat; niece of Elanor Mankowski; sister of Mary Bartelt and Patricia Lewnau. Laverne is the daughter of the late Lucille and Rudolph Basilio (aka D.R.)Tomasini and is preceded in death by her brothers and their wives Donald (Rosanne), Daniel (Ethel) and James (Ilonna); Granddaughter of the late Amalia and Pio Tomasini and Salome and Fred Bridenhagen; and loved by her cousins, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends Committal Service will be at Wisconsin Memorial Park, 13235 W.
