Kathleen R. Beekman

Beekman, Kathleen "Kay" Entered into Eternal Life on October 13, 2013, age 87. Youngest of nine children of John and Mary (Kearney) Beekman. Loving aunt survived by 9 nieces, 5 nephews, many grandnieces, grandnephews and their children. Also survived by sister-in-law Dolores Beekman and many friends. Preceded in death by her parents and siblings: Mary (John) Clark, Frances Ryan, Jack (Lottie) Beekman, Josephine Beekman, Vince (Dolores) Beekman, Mona (Jim) Brown, Edith (Clarence) Kornegay and Paul (Minnie) Beekman. Born in Dubuque Iowa, longtime Milwaukee resident. Longtime RN at Columbia/St. Mary's Hospital. Graduate of College of St. Francis. Resident since 2009 of the Franciscan Villa campus, South Milwaukee. Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial Mass at 10:30 am Saturday, October 19 at the Franciscan Courts Chapel, 1000 Williams Ave., South Milwaukee, WI 53172. Interment at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Dubuque, IA. In lieu of flowers, donations on Kathleen's behalf, to Franciscan Villa, 3601 S. Chicago Ave., South Milwaukee, WI 53172, would be greatly appreciated.
