June C. Libecki

June Carol Libecki, age 83, passed away peacefully on August 1, 2026, in Milwaukee, WI. surrounded by family. Born on June 21, 1943, she was the cherished daughter of the late Edward and Alexandria Pelczynski and sister to the late Lenore Ruka.

June was a loving and devoted wife to her husband of 63 years, Timothy R. Libecki. Together, they built a life filled with love and family. She was a proud mother to Daniel Libecki (Darcy), Therese Duszynski (Gary), and Kenneth Libecki (Susan). Her legacy continues through her grandchildren Chelsey Libecki-Duszynski, Annie Leighty (Ryan), and Cora Libecki (Arthur), as well as her great-grandchildren Jameson Ford and soon-to-arrive Della June Leighty. She is further survived by nieces, cousins, and extended family who will remember her fondly.

June’s life was marked by her unwavering dedication to her family. She found joy in being surrounded by loved ones and took pride in the accomplishments of those closest to her.

June had a passion for knitting afghans, a craft she used to bring warmth and comfort to others. She generously donated her creations to shelters and lovingly shared them with family and friends who requested one. Her selflessness and creativity will be fondly remembered by all who received her handmade gifts.

Private family services will be held to honor June’s memory. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Sojourner Truth House in Milwaukee in her name.

June’s warmth and love will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her. May her memory bring comfort and peace to all who mourn her passing.
