John C. Hilten, age 55, of Wauwatosa, WI, passed away peacefully on July 28, 2025. He will be remembered by those who knew him for his quiet strength, thoughtful nature, and the subtle kindness he shared.

Born to Patricia and the late Arnold Hilten, John grew up alongside his two older brothers, Roy and Patrick (Linda), forming bonds that carried through the years. Though his life was quietly lived, it touched others in lasting and meaningful ways.

John is survived by his beloved daughter, Isabelle; his nieces, Ashley and Cassandra (Alyssa); and great nieces, Emily and Brianna.

He spent his working years as an arborist and horticulturist in the forestry industry, blending his love for nature with his career. In his free time, he found joy in fishing, gardening, and woodworking—simple pleasures that reflected his appreciation for the natural world.

John valued simplicity and found comfort in solitude, yet those close to him knew the quiet depth of his heart. He had a unique way of observing the world, finding meaning where others saw routine, and offering steadiness without needing words.

John's loved ones will honor his memory quietly and privately, holding dear the moments they shared. Friends and family are invited to remember John in their own meaningful ways.
