Joanne A. Christenson

Christenson, Joanne Atkinson, born August 29, 1929, St. Louis, MO found peace October 16, 2017. Reunited at last with the love of her life, Richard. Mother of Lisa (Ron) Gibb, Grandma to Wil and Chris. Sister to Donna Daniels (Bob, deceased). Proceeded in death by other family members. Further survived by her sister-in-law, nieces, nephews. Devoted volunteer in Whitefish Bay, WI and Green Valley, AZ. Loved working in a shoe boutique age 75-85. A dear friend to many, active in Alpha Gamma Delta Sorority, in PEO and church. Memorial Service Friday October 27th, 2017 at UNITED METHODIST CHURCH OF WHITEFISH BAY. Visitation 2pm, service 3pm, followed by her favorite - hot fudge sundaes! Memorial donations to United Methodist Church of Whitefish Bay.
