Ismail Kuru

Ismail Kuru of Franklin, WI, passed away on March 16^th, 2023 ,at the age of 75, following a battle with lung cancer.

Born in Bulgaria, he lived in the Milwaukee area for over 30 years where he has spent his career as a mechanic. He enjoyed a lifetime of tinkering with gadgets and was a great problem solver with his gadgetry. Ismail was a lover of nature and loved to garden, always respecting wildlife and the natural world around him. He is survived by his 2 children, Murat and Shirin, and 2 grandchildren, Kairi and Neo.

Ismail’s family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff at Aurora At-Home Hospice and Zilber Family Hospice for their outstanding kindness and compassionate care at his greatest time of need.
