We celebrate our father's life in the blessing he continues to be in our lives with the precious memories we each hold. He was a sweet man, funny, intelligent and always looking to embark on a get rich scheme that we quickly redirected. He would give all that he had at a moment's notice.
Dad always looked forward to being drug off by his daughters to brunch, a farmers' market or a walk w/expensive coffee ; ). He created many memories with his son-in-laws - golfing, fishing, supervising projects, sitting on our patios having cookouts and discussing sports, politics and the stock market. Watching him play dress up or have tea parties with the grandchildren was beautiful. He enjoyed watching and listening to the Brewers and Packers games and old movies, especially westerns. Weekends were a time to spend with Double G (he really loved that special name), enjoying family meals, time with those he loved, especially the grandkids and always donuts, a tradition we will continue with on Sunday’s.
His absence in our lives is a great loss. His hope and our hope are in Jesus Christ and to be reunited with those that are in Christ, that have gone before us.
We encourage family and friends rather than flowers, please donate to Honor Flights in Dad's name.
