Gregory T. Jochem ("The Duke")

Peacefully passed away June 2, 2025.

Greg is survived by his wife and best friend, Lori; sons, Curtis and Keith (Shazia); daughter, Melissa (Jim) Haakenson; and grandchildren: Sieanna, Hannah (Mitch), Jay, Layla, Sophia, and Aliyah. He is also survived by sisters-in-law: Dana, Shelly (Kev), and Lisa; brother-in-law, Greg; in-laws, Rod (Kay) and Rose; as well as other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ted and Beth Jochem.

Special thanks to Dom (Donna) Leone and the retired officers of State Fair Park, aka the Lunch Boys.

Although he did not speak much of his service, Greg was a Marine who served in Viet Nam and was awarded the Purple Heart and other medals/citations. Semper Fidelis. Oorah!

A life-long resident of Wauwatosa, Greg proudly served his community for 40 years as a Wauwatosa Police Officer and, after retirement, volunteering with Versiti Blood Center and Tosa Night Out until health issues had him stepping down.

Greg had requested no services but a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
