Geraldine Vander Heyden was welcomed “Home” on a beautiful sunny morning. At 98, Geraldine passed on May 4th. 

She is survived by her three daughters: Kathryn (John), Gabrielle (Andrew) and Madeleine. Geraldine is preceded in death by her husband, John, and son, Guy. 

“Jack and Gerry” were married for 49 years. Four grandchildren and four great grandchildren will also miss her sweet, generous nature. Geraldine’s niece and “Flower Girl”, Terry Ann, was a special blessing in her life. Further survived by her brother, Thomas, and other relatives. She outlived most of her friends.

On Wednesday, June 24th, there will be a time of remembrance and sharing at 10:00 am at St. Alphonsus Church, 6060 W. Loomis Rd., Greendale, WI. A Catholic Mass will follow at 11:00 am. After Mass a lunch will be served at the church. Please come and honor Gerry’s life of love and service.

Special thanks to the caring, professional staff at Harbour Village. Also St. Croix Hospice facilitated her passing by providing comfort and compassion to Gerry and her family.
