George Henry Jaeger

George Jaeger passed away peacefully on January 4th, 2024.

He was the beloved husband of Marlene (nee Nowak); dear father to Susan (Chris); loving grandfather of Drew, Joshua, Jacob, and two great-grandchildren; and caring uncle to his nephew, Harold.

He was also the brother of the late Harold Jaeger.

George served his country valiantly in Korea as part of the United States Army. After his return, he met the love of his life, Marlene.

He was an instructor at the Village of Manor Park for many years, teaching wood carving and lapidary. He was also a member of the American Legion and Badger Knife Club, as well as a long time employee at Allen - Bradley.

He was an outgoing and friendly person that loved to talk with other people and will be dearly missed by all.
