Frank Carl Penoske

Frank "Frankie" Carl Penoske, age 54 of West Allis, WI, found peace on Sunday, December, 22, 2024. Frank was born in El Paso, Texas, on April 29, 1970. He will be remembered for his great laugh, his deep love for his daughter, and love for his family and friends.

He loved NASCAR, especially Jeff Gordon, the Green Bay Packers, and Country music. He was a great cook. His specialty was steaks on the grill. He was the first one to crack a joke, then laugh as if he wasn't the one who told it. He loved to go up North to hunt and fish in Shawano, WI.

He will be greatly missed by his Parents, Greg and Mary; Stepfather, David Welvang; the love of his life, his only child, Daughter, Cassandra (Renhart); Brother, Steven (Renee); Sister, Jennifer; Nieces, Brittany and Brooke (Tyler) Riehl; Great-Nephew, Cade Riehl; Godfather and Uncle, Bob Penoske; Aunts, Judy Kosik and Gaylene Penoske; Step-Brother, Chris (Michelle) Welvang; Step-Sister, Anne Welvang; Step-Nephew, Nick (Taylor) Welvang; Step-Niece, Sarah Welvang; Step-Great Niece, Denali; loving friend, Jill and her sons, Alex and Tori; the rest of the Penoske, Kosik, Welvang, and Collins families; many friends; and his loving dog, Bandit.

Preceded in death by his Grandparents, Robert and Marian Penoske; Grandparents, Frank and Mildred Kosik; Aunts, Nancy Penoske and Robin Penoske; Uncle, Albert Penoske; and Cousins, Jarett Penoske and David Kosik.

The family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to the compassionate team at Compassus Hospice for Franks' care. We are also very thankful for St. Josephs' ICU's caring staff, for their excellent care of Frank, and the thoughtfulness to our family, especially Nurse Karyn. We would also like to extend our gratitude to the Cremation Society of Milwaukee for their assistance during this difficult time.

A Private Celebration of Franks' Life will be in Spring of 2025.
