In Loving Memory of Eric Jon Gilgenbach

Eric Jon Gilgenbach of Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin, passed away on October 28, 2026, at the age of 74.

He is lovingly remembered by his children, Lisa, Jason (Jennifer), Ryan (Cheryl), and Amanda (Kraig), and by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings, Kerry, Tom (Linda), Shelley, and Kyle (Laurie), as well as many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his beloved son, Tristan; his parents, Mike and Bev; and his brother, Jeff. His presence brought comfort, guidance, and countless memories to everyone fortunate enough to know him.

Eric enjoyed fishing and had a special talent for woodworking. He took great pride in making furniture, much of it by hand, and especially enjoyed creating one-of-a-kind pieces for his family. The things he made will serve as lasting reminders of the time, care, and love he put into everything he built.

He may be gone, but the things he built and the memories he left behind will live on for generations.
