Douglas Richard Goodreau

Douglas R Goodreau found peace and eternal rest on July 9th 2020 at the age of 53. He is preceded in death by his father, Richard Goodreau, mother Lois Goodreau, brother Dan Goodreau. Douglas leaves behind a loving sister Vicki Goodreau, sister-in-law Pam, nephew Josh, niece Britney, significant other Sandra. Douglas also leaves behind his little buddy, his shadow, Truffy. Douglas also leaves behind many aunts, uncles and cousin's. Douglas had a culinary arts degree and studied restaurant and business management. He worked over the past 30 years at such places as, the Wellington, in Green Bay, Chives in Door County, the Bartolatta group in Milwaukee Wisconsin, most recently he was the executive chef at Delafield Brewhouse in Delafield Wisconsin. For a period of 2 years Doug also trained service dogs for people with varying disabilities. Doug had a passion for dogs and strong conviction for service dogs. Doug was the best friend you could ever ask for. He would help anyone and everyone at any time. He will be so terribly, sadly missed forever. We love you Doug. Always. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the family, Vicki Goodreau. A private memorial service will be held.
