Dorothy E. Phillips

Phillips, Dorothy E. Died on Thursday, November 28, 2013. Dorothy worked for Ogden Food Service in the kitchen for 17 years. She retired at the age of 72. She loved her family, cooking, baking, gambling, and traveling. Her favorite holidays were Thanksgiving and Christmas. She had 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. She was a wonderful mom, aunt, cousin and sister. We love her and will miss her deeply. She has started a new journey in the life beyond. She is preceded in death by her husband Leonard W. Phillips, son Charles L. Phillips, parents: Thomas Loyd and Ellen Sullivan, siblings: Mike (Allison, Charlotte (Norman) Gauthier, Thomas Jr. and son-in-law Thomas Flynn and granddaughter Rachael Ann Jaffke. She is survived by her siblings: Robert (Marie), Jerry (Nancy), and Margaret (Donald) Sliek, her children: Peter (Colleen), Jeffrey (Sharon), Patricia Flynn, Richard (Christina), Janice (Gene) Jaffke and Mary Jo, her grandchildren: Matthew, Michael, Justin, Erin, Michael Gregor, Shannon, Jessica, Courtney, Lexi, Kimberly, and Rhianna, and great grandchildren: Daniel, Devon, Samantha, Isabella, Maycee, Adriann, Abigail, Selena, and Charlotte. Memorial visitation on Wednesday, December 11 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 5571 S. Marilyn St., from 11 am - 1:15 pm with a service at 1:30 pm. Cremation Society of Milwaukee 414-384-2424
