Debra Ann Fabishak, 68, was born to eternal life on April 28th, 2023. She followed her husband, Danny Fabishak, who passed on October of 2021.
Debby was born on October 11, 1954, to Margaret “Peggy” Resch and James Ferguson, in Milwaukee. She grew up in the Milwaukee area in the loving household as a child with her mother, aunt Margaret, aunt Clara, and her grandma, Resch. She is the oldest of 8 siblings: Jim Ferguson (Joann Ferguson), Pat Quesnell, Mike Shaw (John Lange), Julie Michaels (Keith Michaels), Micky Haeft (Tom Haeft), Tommy Shaw, and Margie Shaw.
She will be greatly missed by her son, Jake Miszewski; his three beautiful daughters: Audrey, Lauren, and Ava; her daughter, Maggie Farrell; her son-in-law, Mike Farrell; and her two children Izzy, Liam, and one on the way; along with her siblings, many nieces, nephews, many great friends, and family she adored.
Debby is preceded in death by her parents, Margaret “Peggy” Shaw and James Ferguson Sr.; and brother, Tommy Shaw.
Debby was a vivacious, strong and fierce woman, who loved deeply and felt an incredible instinct to protect those around her. She loved and cared for many animals who visited her and her gardens. She loved gardening, bird watching, and was an incredible folk artist. We know she is free of the constraints of Dementia and pain, and watching down on everyone in the company of her loved ones who have passed before her.
Visitation and services will be held on Thursday, May 11th, between 2 and 4pm, at the Max Sass Oklahoma Chapel, at 1515 West Oklahoma Avenue, Milwaukee, WI, 53215.
