Carmen Ruiz Gonzalez

Carmen Ruiz Gonzalez aged 93, passed away on April 6, 2024, now resting in the eternal embrace of God's memory. Job 14: 14,15. She was a cherished Mother, Grandmother, and Great-Grandmother. Carmen leaves behind a legacy through her 8 children: Margarita (Timothy Butler) Martinez, Luis A. (MaryEllen) Ruiz, Carmen Lydia Ruiz, Hector (Ernestina) Ruiz, Iris Nellie (Jose) Lopez, Arturo (Nancy) Ruiz, Julia Luna, and Andrew Ruiz. 

Carmen is also survived by her sister, Felicita (Miguel) Huerta and brother, Andres Gonzalez. She was a loving grandmother to 21 grandchildren and a proud great-grandmother to 48.

She was preceded in death by her infant son, Andres Jr.; Son in-law, Gertrudes Chico; Sister, Josephina Zabala; Sisters-In-law, Pura Garcia and Gloria Gonzalez; Brothers: Pedro, Celestino, and Julio; Divorced husband, Andres Ruiz. 

A private visitation will be held by the family to honor her memory. Carmen's unwavering devotion and love for her family will forever remain in their hearts. Her children express their deep love and affection, saying, “Mami, en nuestro corazones siempre. Te queremos mucho. Dios te bendiga".
