Brandon James Martin, of Waukesha, passed away unexpectedly on October 11, 2026, at the age of 32. Brandon was born on August 2, 1994, the son of Steve and Dawn Martin.
On September 10, 2026, he married his true love, Lisa Ungewitter. Together, they had the wedding of their dreams in Glacier National Park in Montana, surrounded by family and close friends.
He was a devoted father to Isabella, brother to Tyler and his wife, Caitlin, and sister, Chelsey.
He is further survived by his grandmothers, Donna Etzel and Kate Malin; his father-in-law, Gregory Ungewitter; his mother-in-law, Tina Ungewitter; and his sister-in-law, Amy Ungewitter. Brandon is also survived by his nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many close friends who were like family to him.
Brandon was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Robert and Anita Martin, and his maternal grandfather, Richard Stevens.
Brandon graduated from Waukesha West High School in 2013 and went on to build a career as a dedicated Engineering Technician for Generac Power Systems. He was his true self when he had a project to work on, whether it was washing his truck, tinkering in the garage, or enjoying his many toys and outdoor adventures throughout the seasons. His passion for motorsports was a big part of who he was, and he found so much happiness in riding and sharing that love with those closest to him.
Above all, Brandon was one of the most caring and selfless people you could ever meet. He had a kind heart, an easygoing spirit, and a quiet resilience that carried him through life's challenges. He was fiercely loyal to the people he loved and never hesitated to show up when someone needed him. His family and friends always knew he was someone they could count on.
One of his greatest joys was being a father to Isabella and sharing his love of riding with her. Teaching her how to ride dirt bikes and riding alongside her created memories that will be treasured forever. The love Brandon gave so freely and the memories he created will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
Family and friends are invited to come together to honor and celebrate Brandon's life, share stories, and remember the love, laughter, and countless memories that made him so special.
