Barbara Richwalski passed away on December 18, 2024, surrounded by family. She was born on February 12, 1961, to loving parents Gerald and Joyce Kaczor.
Barbara is survived by her husband, Douglas Richwalski. She is also survived by her children, Brian Czak and Michelle Studzinski (Aaron Studzinski). Barbara was a proud grandmother to five grandchildren: Natasha Tomas, Isabella Studzinski, Emmalynn Studzinski, Arthur Czak, and Bridgette Czak.
Sister to Nancy Kaczor (Rebecca Rowland), Diane (Jeff) Wejcman, Patrick (Nicka) Kaczor, Jeralyn (Steve) Kazmierski, Richard (Carrie) Kaczor. Preceeded in death by her father Gerald Kaczor and sister Beverly (Morris) Kaczor.
Barb was a proud woman Veteran. She served 2 years as a Mess Management Specialist at Naval Air Station Moffett Field in California before being Honorably discharged from the service to devote full attention to her young family. Barb continued to be a positive influence for all Veterans later in her life by serving as an active member, and also as the Commander of AMVETS Post 60 in Oak Creek, and as the Department of Wisconsin 2nd District Commander. During her tenure, AMVETS posts throughout southeastern Wisconsin continued to advocate for Veterans by providing needed assistance and services, as well as improving quality of life through community-service programs.
Barbara was a devoted member of Discover Church (Oak Creek Assembly of God), where she faithfully served her community for over 25 years. Her dedication to her faith and her church was evident in her involvement with youth groups and missionary efforts, reflecting her deep commitment to helping others and spreading kindness. Barbara’s unwavering faith and service left a lasting impact on those who knew her. She will be remembered for her selflessness, compassion, and the joy she brought to her church community.
Barbara had a passion for cooking and baking, which she shared with her loved ones. Her culinary creations brought joy and warmth to those around her.
Barbara was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Her presence will be deeply missed, but her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew her.
